Northwest Trek

My sister Amber threw a party for her son Liam’s second birthday at Northwest Trek in Tacoma. Being so uncomfortably pregnant I wanted to go but didn’t want to make the drive by myself. Luckily my parents took the day off and drove us out to the party. The boys had such a fun time exploring and checking out all of the animals. The tram ride was definitely their favorite. My favorite was the silly little porcupine, he was a pretty entertaining little guy! We loved spending time with our family and celebrating our little Liam. Amber knows how to throw a party!

Probably one of my most favorite things as a mom is witnessing the love my boys have for their cousins, it really is the sweetest.

May Days

Kingston’s obsession with bunnies is getting a little crazy but it’s just so cute! Kingston asked me to come in his room and take pictures of him with his bunny friends.

Paden had his first Pine Wood Derby in Cub scouts this month. We all loved watching the cars race and cheering on our Paden-man.

In order for Kai to get to go on a fun motorcycle ride with dad he had to help wash and shine the motorcycle.

Robby texted this picture of Kai to me while they were enjoying themselves at Edaleen Dairy! Kai has talked about this little trip with daddy for months now. It’s a good reminder of how important one on one time is with our kids. 

While Kai and Robby were out on their motorcycle trip Kingston got to play in the sprinklers.

Since moving to Ferndale we’ve been spending a lot more time with my brother and his family. It’s so fun seeing how much closer our kids have become. They are each others best friends. Evan asks to call Jackson almost every day to see if he can come over and play!

I can’t remember a year where we’ve had such good weather. The winter was mild, Spring was great, and the summer sun came early. It’s almost not fair that the older boys had to miss out on all the fun we had while they were at school.

I started having a craft night at my house once a month.The ladies show up at 8pm, we visit and work on a project. There’s only ever a few ladies that come but I have really enjoyed it. Here’s my first craft night creation!

Moving to Ferndale has made us closer to Edaleen Dairy which isn’t necessarily the best thing because we’ve been here almost a dozen times. Luckily I’m pregnant and not so concerned about the numbers on the scale right now! THe boys of course love coming here. We have told them that if they finish all their ice cream the next time they can get the larger size. Paden is already finishing up the biggest size they have. That little guy can eat!
